She is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. She also is an adjunct instructor at Iowa Wesleyan College. Denise plays the violin and viola and performs with the Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra. She teaches violin, viola, cello, and bass lessons at WACO. She enjoys teaching music to WACO students!
